grand prime screen works fine but my screen is totally black. lcd issue?

I had my lcd and glass replaced a few weeks ago. phone was working fine but now the screen is black. it powers up and responds to me touching the screen, but the screen is totally black. I took the screen off and plugged everything back in again but no response. it lights up when I power it up but nothing shows on the screen. what could it be?

Hi, did you get someone to replace the LCD screen a few weeks ago, if so take it back to them as it obviously not working.
