Graphics Problem (Sense Only?)

Bit of a strange one this; sometimes when in various applications, the screen goes very poor quality (see screenshots), yet in Android menus (settings etc), things appear fine. I restart the phone and problem is solved.

Any ideas whats causing it?

Never seen such a problem.

I would do a factory reset and see if that fixes it.

Turn off phone, and then hold power and volume down button.
