Gray Status Changed Bubble Keeps Popping Up

Anyone receiving a gray bubble with the words "status changed"? It keeps popping up and it's driving me insane. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

Is it particular to an app or is that all it says?
Do you think you can include a screenshot for us to see?

It is not in a particular app or at any regular interval. A random gray oval pops up in the bottom middle of the screen and in white lettering says, "status changed." I have a screen shot but can't figure out how to upload it from the mobile browser.
