great phone, annoying bugs :( help please!

Ok so I bought two droid 3's during verizon's bogo deal. Haters gonna hate, but I think this is a GREAT phone! The only problem is, is that I noticed it does weird things like randomly restarting, which I saw droid x users were having that problem... and also some apps wouldn't work which I think is acceptable because its hard to make an app compatible with old and new android devices, but seriously, my browser app is crashing! You would think browser would be fine of all apps but no it goes crazy when I try to use adobe flash on it, to go on sites like newgrounds.com... another bug is that a weird green screen comes up when I try loading a youtube video, and then it says error, touch to try again. I did and 3 tries later it worked... wtf? Please help thanks im new to android switched from iPhone please don't make me regret that.:'(
