4 days I spotted one faint green spot. Samsung online took the help of Smart Tutor app to take control of my device remotely. They advised me to do hard reset, Safe mode but all failed. But on 4th attempt the person detected it and finally raised service request to collect device from my home and admitted it is screen defect as one pixel got dead. They are changing the entire screen. But it will take 3 to 4 days. I am now currently with stand by handset of mine but not given by Samsung. This should be part of warranty for such costly device atleast 2 take calls.
