Grey box on lock screen?

Hi guys. Since yesterday my s4's lock screen only shows a grey box, an empty grey box. When I swipe from left to right the regular clock lock screen comes, but its using the grey box screen as the 'home' lock screen ( and because of this, I can't delete it). Does that make any sense?

I've tried activating on and off the multiple lock screens features, but it makes no difference.

I had the same problem. You have to kill the Pandora app, which is really just a force stop.
