Anybody know how to install Grooveshark on the Nexus?

You download it from their website and will appear on your download list as an apk file. But first be before you press the install button you gotta enable third party applications under settings/security

I did that originally...but when I try to launch it it says it can't open the file.

Do you have Astro file manager (or any file manager) on your phone?? Try and use that to open the file. Usually always works for me.
