I've done some research on this but I haven't really found anything....or I might just be crappy at researching stuff.

Is there anyway I could read group conversations like Iphone users could where everyone's texts come in as one conversation. Somehow all of my friends have iphones, and they are always sending out group messages. Each reply comes back as an individual text which I have to download, and this makes following the conversation almost impossible and extremely annoying. I know groupme could set up conversations like that, but none of them use grouome. I use GO SMS pro, and was wondering if there is anything I could do to keep everything in one conversation.

It looks like Google Voice can do this, also Google+ will allow for messaging too.

You can add Google Talk to that list as well, but this kind of limits you to people who have talk as well. It does allow you to start a chat with one person, then by pressing the menu button while in the conversation you can add others. I'm sure there are other applications available on the market that would allow you to do this as well, but I don't personally use any.

I was thinking about google voice but I've nothing but bad experiences with it. Messed up my voicemails and calls weren't getting through both times i've tried it. May have to give it another shot though.

If there's amy alternative let me know,

Don't think so. Handcent and Go SMS both get group messages received as individual texts.
