I'm actually kinda surprised that they went for the Nexus over the S3 this this far into its life... Not that they WON'T go for the S3, mind you. Their aim just seems weird.
Like how they went after the Galaxy Tab...

they already tried to get the GS3 the judge said she was to busy.

They didnt just go after the Nexus. This was moving at the speed of the court system, which is sloooooow.

They tried appending the S3 to the Nexus claim, but it was denied, so there will be a new hearing on that. Only concern is an injunction being put in place as a precaution until case can be heard.

I am on verizon and (in)patiently waiting for my phone. Every time I see an apple article pop up, my heart sinks a little. My luck, a ban will happen the day before mine ships.

Just to show my disdain, I give my wife's iPhone the middle finger anytime she has it out.
