Hi, I bought my Galaxy S4 in mid November of last year. About a week ago, while playing my music through my headphones, my phone completely fritzed out and all audio/volume stopped working and all of my MP3 files kepy saying that the media file type was not supported. I restarted my phone and started playing music again. About 10 mins into it it did the same thing. I have tried everything, even a full factory reset. Can ANYONE out there tell me what is wrong with my phone?
