GS5: Galaxy S5 vs. HTC One (M8)

Pretty common opinion among the tech community. Plus there's the fact that even moderate heat or cold can crack the plastic of the phone without excess force.

Do you get paid for this rampant Samsung bashing? Every other comment by you mentions plastic, Samsung, or Touchwiz.

Pretty sure that's the topic of this thread. I do get paid for their low quality though. I pick up the battery backs at a cheap rate and resell to all the people who have theirs crack because it got a little warm barely reaching into the triple digits here in TX. Plus I don't see any phone turned in for screen repair near as often here.

Even Samsung's VP of mobile said that the only reason they use the plastic is because it's easier for mass production.

aokusman you are incorrect about the M8's camera being terrible. You probably haven't even used the phone and you're making judgements against it.

Taken with my crappy M8 camera. *hint* I am being sarcastic.

Yeah the camera isn't bad, but it would be nice if it had a higher megapixel count.

Overall, I think I'd still pick the M8 over the S5. At first I thought the S5 had a good UI, then I played around more with the M8, no regrets.

Re: Galaxy S5 vs. HTC One (M8)

Galaxy S5 is better then HTC one.
It has many awesome features that's are not available in any other.

Even though I'm not really fan of ether and believe the m7 and s4 were released better and were actual imporovements, I would do m8. But really I would go for a g3 right now.

Sent from HTC One :)
