GSIII Slow when internet connection is live

This just started happening: Launching facebook or any other app that looks at the internet takes about 30-45 seconds to launch, and the phone becomes unresponsive until the app launches. It then behaves normally. If the phone is in airplane mode, the apps start normally and then just indicate that there is a connection error. I have wiped the cache for all apps.

Any ideas?

Try rebooting your phone like blade suggested or use the task manager to clean your RAM. I noticed that clearing the RAM on the phone every once in a while will give you a slight performance boost.
