Is there anything I have to call AT&T for or can I just yank my sim and pop it in and I'm GTG? Anything to look out for that would require me to have to call ATT?

I too am using my iPhone 4s sim with a micro sim adapter, works very well!

Yup. That is the beauty of an unlocked phone. Why the switch on such a young 4s? Just curious. I just picked up my Gnex coming from a Blackberry so the switch was drastic. I didn't think I could love my gnex that much. Its just plain awesome. Enjoy!

I'm sick of iPhone. Dumb question, where is the music player?

Click the icon that has a picture of headphones and says music underneath .

That's Google music. That's the only player installed? Still on 4.0.1 and in not on the Google build. Any simple instructions to install the yakuja or whatever it is build? I only have Macs though.

So far my initial impressions of ICS are its awesome. Much much better than gingerbread and iOS.

My work computer is a PC, so if its more straight forward on that I'll use that.

Yeah it was super easy. The only annoying part is downloading the files. Let us know how it goes. The moment it was done, I was prompted for the 4.0.2 update.

Cheers!

DL all the stuff, put the phone in DL mode. Nothing. Are the commands that need to be typed in for ODIN?

No commands just power off, volume down + power on, plug USB cable in.

If need be use the Android System Info app from the Android Market. It will tell you if you have the yakju firmware installed properly.

Forgot to reboot after installing the USB drivers. Whoops! Everything went smooth and I didn't get through re-downloading my apps again before I was prompted I had a system update to 4.0.2! Thanks! Much easier doing it on the PC then the Mac.

The droid with the red triangle and exclamation point freaked me out a little when the update took place. lol

Disregard read thru the post on XDA forums and it looks like I am ok, it just hasnt updated to 4.0.2 yet - sorry for being a "newb with the GN" and a little to anxious

On Android System Information under product it says: yakjuux but under device it says maguro?
Do I need to update my firmware?
I am still on 4.0.1 and have not received an update after an hour of powering up my new GN

If you want updates from Google direct and not Samsung, yes switch to Yakju.
