GSM Option in JB AOKP Build 3?

Hello all. I've been running Jelly Belly on my VZW Gnex for quite a while, but decided to try out AOKP (which has thus far surpassed all expectations). Did anyone notice that, under Mobile Networks in the settings menu, one of the included options is GSM? I was under the assumption that the VZW Gnex did not have a GSM radio (unlike the razr). If so, is this just a leftover setting from the GSM build that doesn't really do anything on the LTE version? Thanks!

Yes and no, yes it's a setting in the rom made for multiple phones and tablets (android has a plethora of them) No it's not a left over of any kind, u just need to choose which ones for u. (Should be LTE/CDMA) if your on a VErizon Phone.
