GSuite email with new Google Assistant

So I finally decided to add my g suite work email to my Pixel 4 XL. I was thinking for sure that it was going to break the the new Google Assistant. Either they fixed it the problem or I am just not noticing what is different about the Google Assistant with my g suite email or without anyone else noticing this?

I made changes to get my new GA working in the UK (where it didn't work on launch). So I used stock launcher and set my language to US English etc. Once the GA upgraded I tentatively tried Nova launcher. New GA still works. Changed Gboard back to UK English. GA still works. I have kept the GA in US English and so I think once the new assistant is activated it continues to work even if you change things with customisation.

I think the Google Assistant and using a G Suite account vs using an @gmail.com account thing was being able to use "the new version" of assistant". I've had my G Suite account setup since launch and no issues but I'm still on the old normal GA. ..

The new one rubs locally on your phone and much faster. From what I could tell my GA is not faster same as it was on my pixel 2, 3.

mine seems to be just as fast as always.

Mine can go from quick and efficient to dog slow or non-responsive, it seems to coincide with busier times of the day. I wish Google could get more consistency. Makes me wonder how well they're going to be able to get Stadia running.
