Gt-i9020a travel issue

Hi Everyone,

My device is actually TELUS from Canada but there isn't an option for that. I have never had a problem with it. I recently moved to the UK & placed a THREE MOBILE SIM card in the phone. The mic & speaker work for the first call but after that, they stop working unless I pull the battery [rinse & repeat]. I have tried a factory reset, issue is unresolved. Any ideas? Text & data work fine.

Did you have the original carrier SIM unlock the phone?
