Gt-i9300t completely irresponsive screen.

Hey all,
My samsung galaxy s3 is totally irresponsive. I managed to re-format the phone, using the power and home button, but still, unfortunately it is stuck on the "select language screen" on initial startup. The phone does not register my touch at all.

The screen is not cracked.

I know the digitiser could be a problem, any other things i should know about before i consult the phone shop.

if you haven't set it up just return the phone and get a new one, pull your sd card if any and your golden
