GT2 to GT3....Worth an upgrade?

I have had a GT2 7.0 for over a year that I love. I use it every day in some capacity or another and have been very pleased with the overall utility. I have been toying with the idea of upgrading....probably due to my recent upgrade in my mobile phone. Is there enough difference between the GT2 and GT3 to merit the cost? Should I go for a larger version? I love Samsung products, but have heard good things about the Nexus also. Or, since I have something I like and there are no performance issues, should I just not spend the money at all and just keep my GT2 that I have? I use it to play games, browse the internet, Facebook, YouTube, etc.

I don't feel the need to have the latest and greatest, nor do I like to spend money just for the sake of spending it. However, if the benefit is there to merit it, I will spend the money.

Suggestions?
