GTA 3 coming this fall!!!

I can't post a link since I am on the mobile site but ign just posted today that rockstar will be releasing GTA 3 this fall. That is just amazing!!!

Does anybody knows what are the minimum specs to play this? Is a dual core OMAP or Tegra or Andrenos 220 required or can a Andrenos 205 able to play this game? Any insight will be greatly be appreciated as it will help me decided my next mobile android phone/tablet.

As of now just the phones that they stated all look to be dual core devices. Just gonna have to wait and see.
