Okay, so I made an account just to reply to this. RockStar is making it really hard for me to give them my money. I would have bought Vice CIty day one on Android, and I also have a Galaxy Note 2, however it is on Verizon and seems to be the only version of the Note 2 which is still unsupported. I even opened a ticket to their customer support, and they have said they will update their comparability list in the "immediate future" but that was about a week ago now, and still nothing. Best bet is to wait, or use less than legal methods, until RockStar gets around to supporting our device which should already be supported according to their compatibility list on google play itself.

You're right. That's what I did. (Loving the game btw) but IMO it's Verizon's fault, Verizon always blocks stupid apps like Wifi Tethering and Google Wallet. But Rockstar should have everything figured out before releasing it, that's why I sideloaded it. Definitely worth the $5 though, they deserve it. (Just not yet)

I have tmobile and am having the same problem. Google playstore says my phone is incompatable. I put it on R* support and the only answer I got was they are working on it. Then when u asked how long I was told to subscribe to the email updates for compatable devices which says galaxy note 2 anyways so I'm back at square one. Pisses me off

I got fed up with Google Play Store Saying My Device Was Incompatible when on Rockstar's Site: HERE It says the Note II is compatible and can play the game.

I thought you guys might like to know where to get it for the Note II so here it is.

Bump. Rockstar fails to support our device (but announce it is in fact supported!?) so we cannot BUY the game.. Please support the note 2 on Sprint, the NOW(gimmee!) network.

can we really expect less from Verizon other than to mess with us?? makes me glad i didn't buy GTA for my Note 2
