Gyroscope and accelerometer/orientation sensors not working.

Hello,
I've been facing this problem for a while now and can't find a solution. The gyroscope and accelerometer sensors suddenly stopped working. It was all good until something happened and i don't know what. Since than I tried almost everything to resolve this issue but nothing works except: turning off the screen rotation, going into download mode then pull the battery and restart the phone again, and that don't work always either, sometimes i have to do this 4-5 thimes.
So to be clear, I tried flashing all of the roms, custom tw, aosp, cm... I tried with the latest 3 official 4.4.2 roms flashed via odin... Nothing.. , factory reset, clear and erase everything from recovery than flashing... And nothing helps.
So what i want to hear is that this issue can be resolved, and it is not a hardware problem.

You probably won't hear it, because it's probably a hardware problem, but try 2 things:

1) Install GPS Status & Toolbox. It shows you the output of a few sensors as well as the GPS.

2) Dial *#0*# on the phone (with a stock Samsung ROM). You should get the Service Menu. Tap Sensors. You can watch the output. (You may have to hit the back button a few times to get back to the homescreen.)

Between the two, you should be able to tell if the hardware is working or not.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I have checked the sensors, with the stock option and with multiple app too, and when its not working it is not showing values, but the funny thing is that after the procedure with download mode, it is showing that all thw sensors work. So i am wondering if it is a hardware problem it should work or not work. I mean if it is broken it can't be half broken.
