H811 vs H815 on T-Mobile

Band 12 is a T-Mobile thing. There are other 700mhz LTE bands, but not b12 compatible.

Right and I'm on T-Mobile. There's a band 12 tower very near me but I never get band 12.

If you really want to know call them and have the customer service person hand you over to technical support and open a ticket if needed. If you do, please let us know result.

As you know, the two main downsides to the H815 is warranty repair and LTE coverage. On T-Mobile, if you're not concerned about band12, then you're good. Warranty repairs will most likely have to be sent back to originating country.

I bought my lovely red leather H815 from tropical_mobile on eBay. Ordered last Friday, it was here on Monday. LOVE IT! It is from Singapore.


Edit: As stated, WIFI calling and texting, and HD voice/VoLTE will not be available. But it is unlocked, carrier nonsense free, and has LTE bands for travelling, if you travel.

As I understand it, VoLTE requires carrier software on the phone. I find the call quality to be great without it.
