Hacked? Or Joking?

For a few minutes, on any AC web page that I loaded, I was getting a JavaScript popup that says "hello." At first, I figured someone on the web team was learning JS or goofing around.

I was practicing some JS a few weeks ago, but I do not have those web pages loaded anywhere -- don't think this is mine:

I think it was either an error in the system somewhere, or the techs are working on it, and this was a side effect.

Not hacked, some debug code was pushed out by mistake.
