Hacked using Android and Google software and apps.

Update: No... I mean HACKED. Yes it's rare. To clarify, the Google Play Support told me to contact FBI if I could wanted a solution.
Att, TMobile, Straight Talk, SafeLink, Att Prepaid have all replaced phones for free....some replace multiple phones. As well as manufacturer Samsung and another foreign manufacturer I cannot recall at the moment. I will add screenshots. But while replacing the phone is nice, my phone is being remotely accessed and I have given no one physical access to my phone.
As far as older versions: these phones included:

Samsung Note 8
Samsung A01
Samsung A02
Apple iPhone 11
Moto G7

With all firmware and software updates. It's not an old phone issue.

I will screenshot where chrome help telling me I am running a custom Android version.
Please, I have read these forums for over a year, I have spent hundreds of hrs trying to solve this. if you cannot help me solve this, with some background knowledge with a minimum of one of the following, please just read and follow:

I have been to 4 computer software engineers, 2 private app developers, 2 apple help desk workers, 1 supervisor expert, and several other people and experts. and I was asked if I work for the CIA. ITS NOT A QUESTION IF I HAVE BEEN HACKED, ITS RARE.. BUT YES.
My phones have been remotely accesses. My calls are routed and recorded through software not in my device, using adapters and companion devices ... My phone switches between networks, and connect to bluetooth and wifi without any permission....if you can read the code, or debugging info, it gives out true false responses to manipulate the system. Attached are some picks if you're a skeptic.


1 Year ago, the emails I used for 15+ years were hack. And so was my phone. I have since been through 8 different carriers, 22 different phones, including both Android and apple iOS.
Every provider agrees to replace the phones, without solving the issues. Sorry so long but I'll keep this as brief as possible and stick to the current issues, and some of the "symptoms" with my current phone.
First of all, my phone says that I am running a custom version of chrome.
2ndly, I have deleted apps and users use all of my gigs every month.(I haven't deleted any,) But serval phone carriers tell me I have used 0 minutes while I will be on the phone with them.
3rd. My phone has apps that shouldn't be on my phone, with greyed out and fixed settings, listed as system settings.
4th- I am often locked out of my own storage saying I do not have access.
,,,7,th- I know my play store downloads older versions of apps

,7,th- My phone always has my location on thru system appz. So they're on even if I turn them off.
6th- All of my apps have deceptive permissions hidden that :
- can change my network
- change my wifi
- delete my email text and calandar without permission
- I have the incorrect apns enabled.

I know that these issues involve
Whatever Android or Google gsm.
-cloud
-workspsce
-custom os

So many more things.. I will share logs. But I am beat . I've continuously reported this to Google with no success. It's having strong affect on my mental health HELP

This is confusing, can you clarify?

Some apps simply are system apps. Can you post screenshots of some examples, and include what model phone?

How are you trying to access your storage?

I know my play store downloads older versions of apps

How do you know this? For what it's worth - my Samsung tablet consistently has an older version of the GMail app than my Pixel phone does.

Are you saying that your phone is using a lot of your monthly mobile data allotment? Go to the system settings and look at the Data Usage menu. What apps are using the most?

It's true that there are apps out there that ask for permissions they definitely don't need. But many of them do need certain permissions for certain reasons that aren't always obvious. If you have a more recent phone running a more current Android version, you should have much more granular control over permissions. So it'd be very helpful to know which phone you have, and which Android OS version it's running.

Although it's common for a person's email -- especially older and much less secure email providers like Yahoo and AOL -- to get "hacked" (which usually just means that the address book is hijacked and spam is sent out to all of the contacts), it's extremely uncommon for a phone to get hacked in the Hollywood sense (unless you habitually do very risky things with your phone, as outlined in my guide that hallux linked above). The fact that a lot of the things you're worried about are pretty much normal for Android devices makes me think that you may just be misunderstanding various aspects of how Android devices work.

Yes my monthly data is primarily used by removed apps and users (also in pic)
And by system apps, I mean apps and permissions are fixed, that are not generally part of the phones stock system apps or firmware. It is all custom apps that you cannot disable or remove. The phone and manufacturer cannot seem to tell me why or how, but they would rather immediately remove and replace device ... One device , not this one, new apple, had something called a revolving IMEI. It's hacked... Not weird issue. Companies all admit it's hacked. Won't tell me how. Just will replace but I need to always send them my device to get new one. But they tell me to send it to FBI,?? How then it can't be replaced...

I don't see anything unusual in those screenshots. You're looking at normal system apps and services that have all of those permissions because they are part of the system.

The Removed Apps and Users is telling you how much mobile or wi-fi data was used historically by apps you may have uninstalled. Assuming you don't uninstall any more apps, that figure should remain stable for a little while, then start to decrease as the phone's monthly data cycle resets.

Are you using the device as the primary user or is this a restricted secondary account on the device? I ask because of that APN screenshot, and the same may apply to the others that won't allow you to adjust the settings. Also - what carrier are you on? Some carriers will force a device management app onto the device as a condition of the financing for the device or service, you may be seeing that as well...

I'll let the others keep trying to help with identifying apps and such, but I'll say this just in case.

If you are being well and truly hacked into, repeatedly on multiple replacement devices, it wouldn't be a problem with Google, your carrier, or the manufacturer. It would be a problem with you not practicing even the most basic of security safeguards.

Android has numerous security safeguards in place, most of which are behind the scenes without user input. For an unauthorized user to continue gaining access, you must be intentionally leaving several doors wide open. So in addition to the help you've already received (which I do think is the more likely scenario), I would suggest you re-evaluate how you handle your phone and privacy.

Your screenshots look normal to me. I could probably produce some similar ones myself. In fact, here are some, showing the app permissions for one app only, Google Account Manager. Among things I found while looking at the problem, 'CNE App APK 1.10 for Android is available for free and safe download. It is a app by APP MOVILES CNE.'

If you want to be rid of all this, buy a new phone at any store. Pick up a mint mobile or similar prepaid card and new Sim.
Create a new Google account and have a new phone number. Then download your apps. Turn off all wifi scanning and turn off all permissions which are not needed.
Basically, separate everything from the past.
