U can factory rest it, if iwas u i would youtube hardrest for k7. To get it right,

If u factory reset press and hold the power and volume down buttons at the same time, u should get a screen that gives u for options u want earse all data and files, then go in and factory rest.
It worked for me i have the same fone. Google cant lock a phone with no owner.

And u should make a new gmail account, so Google cant give u any more problems

You will need the details for the account that was used to set up the phone. If you don't have them you have an expensive paperweight.

It sounds like u have a boost or sprint phone those r the only network provider's that u cant over ride that on, u can contact the maker of the device and they might assist u, cause the service provider wont.
