Same happened to me awhile back .

I recently contacted Google for the possibility of getting a replacement based on my Audio Distortion issue I have (which is software related), and I specifically asked if I was going to get a new or refurbished phone. They said refurbished..
So I said no.
So I'm keeping mine until Google fixes it, or maybe Android Q will fix it....
No. I got the phone through Google.Contact them...the phone is still under warranty.
