Half of my note 4 screen freezes

Can someone advise me on how to solve this sudden screen problem? After Marshmallow update recently, half of my note 4 screen is showing gray lines or freezes and the other side is working okay. Help please.

Usually it's good to wipe cache partition after updates.. Try that first...
