Hancom word not open in note 10.1 2014

The Word app is now in the samsung app app but when you download it and click it closes. The site says if that happens delete it and download again but it still happens. I've emailed hancom about it but no response yet. Anyone in US having success with it? It works great on my note pro.

Don't know that you're going to get much help here since: a) this forum is for the 2012 GN 10.1, b) the app apparently requires JB 4.4.2 which hasn't shown up yet for the 2012 GN 10.1, and c) your posts in the 2014 GN 10.1 forum haven't produced a solution yet. Just sayin'.

Did you install all of the Hancom files?

All Hancom Widget and Hancom Office Shared apps have to be installed prior to running Hword. This is now in the Description for Hancom Office Hword 2014.

I like Hword, allows the use of the S-Pen to draw in the document and it is still there when you reopen unlike Polaris. Also words and free hand drawing are there when opened in MS Word on PC.
