Hancom Word Not Working

When I attempt to bring up a document or create a new document in Hancom Word, the document shows up for about two seconds and the screen reverts to the previous screen. I've been using the software for quite a while and never had this problem. Any suggestions?

It might be a bug, contact the developer.
You can also uninstall and re install back to see if that works.

Clear cache and data on the app, reboot and try again, did this once for me and this fixed it.
