Handcent on the X

Is there anything I can do to make Handcent on the X work with google voice? It works with Google Voice on the D2.

Probably a mute point but........Have you gone into the settings menu from the conversations list and made sure that its activated?

If you mean being able to hit the microphone button to speak your text message instead of typing it...it should be working that way.

What I mean is when someone sends me a text message to my Google voice number it will show in handcent. It does on the R2d2 but not the X. Not sure why.

It should work.
Go onto Google voice on your computer and go into settings. Set up your phone if you have not already. And then look for the setting that says "forward text message to phone"

That should fix it. You can access your text on any phone with text messaging when this is enabled. Your texts will then be viewable in the stock text app and any other text app
