Hands Free Mode Issue on Galaxy S3 - Text Message to Speech

I love having the hands free mode on in the Galaxy S3. It will tell me aloud the sender and the message content when I get a new text message. Sometimes, however, instead of the message content, it tells me something like Say Redout Call or Cancel or Call to Cancel. I really can't tell what the actual phrase is. This is intermittent. Sometimes it reads the text message like it is supposed to.

What is causing this Redout or redoubt or whatever that is?
