So far I am overall impressed with the ZF6. Great build quality. The Snapdragon 855 is solid. The Zen UI is similar to stock Android.

The LCD screen is decent... It's not AMOLED. You really notice the LCD screen while looking at dark colors, especially deep blacks. IMHO you have to rock the screen in full brightness. There is poor screen visibility in sunlight, but that is not too surprising.

Battery life hasn't been as good as I thought it would be with a 5000 mAh battery. I'm hoping to see battery improvements after using over the next several weeks.

The camera is solid.

For the price, I think it's a good budget phone with flagship specs without the flagship price.

I am interested in seeing what you all think about the ZF6.

I hope the battery will improve once you are done setting it up.
I've been tracking mine, and it should arrive Tuesday. I will be interested in sharing our experiences.
Does the huge size bother you? I ordered a belt holster (always use them) and it's pretty big.

I enjoy big phones and feel like the size is ideal. The size is comparable to the S10+. It fits in my pockets with no issues. I have a cheapo case from Amazon for the time being. Ordered a rhino shield case for better protection.

This is as far as I have gotten.
It will take me a while to set it up since I will start from scratch.
How is the Asus keyboard? I usually install the BlackBerry keyboard.
How about the launcher?
Unboxing time!!

Very relieved. It is almost the same size as my Motion, but the screen is MUCH bigger.
Looking good!

I am having issues charging the phone. It stops charging after a few seconds of being plugged in... I've tried a hard reset. Looks like I received a bad phone.

It will only charge with the Asus brick. Any other power brick is a no go. Tried using one of my old Samsung bricks and it starts charging for a minute or two and stops. I don't know if the software recognizes a non proprietary brick and shuts charging down or I got a bad unit

Just checked mine. Fully charged by a Microsoft brick and wire. The instructions say to use the Asus charger, but that's ridiculous. I have dozens of chargers in different rooms. Would I have to buy all new Asus chargers?
I would call Asus. Something isn't right. Did you try different outlets?

I did. I will probably send it back. I charged it with a Samsung brick initially. Now the only charger that works is the Asus

Did you charge it with another charger? Maybe the Samsung charger has a problem?
I'm sorry you are having trouble. So far mine is fine. I have only charged it once, 24 hours ago, and it's still at 65%!
It doesn't make sense that you would have to use the Asus charger. What if you want to use a car charger?

There are soooo many settings. I'm coming from Nougat, so have to get used to it.
I hope you can resolve it.

The Samsung charger works for my other USB C devices; iPad Pro, S10+, OP7P etc.

But otherwise, I am thoroughly impressed with the phone.

I'm going to try charging mine tonight with a different charger to see if i will have a problem. I haven't charged it since Wednesday 8AM. It's down to 23%. I've never had a phone last so long, especially since I have been on it for the past 2 days setting it up. Q
I installed the Nova launcher, BlackBerry Hub+ and might try to get the BlackBerry keyboard.
