Hangouts keyboard issue

Where is the Enter key in the keyboard for Google Hangouts. I use SwiftKey and the stock keyboard. The Enter key is replaced with an emoji icon. SwiftKey keyboard does have an option long Press to get the Enter key however the stock keyboard does not. Any thoughts? What am I missing?

No. The camera icon turns into the SEND key. Question still remains, where is the ENTER key?

Tap the Shift key; the emoji key will turn into a Return key.

There is an enter button on the keyboard... touch the Caps on key and you will see the enter key in the same place where there is an emoji key.....

I have tried this in Google Hangouts sms, but that doesn't work on my Galaxy Note 2. I cannot get the return key.....driving me nuts!

The previous 'tap shift key' suggestion did NOT work on my moto, but tapping the caps key DOES. Easy peasey. Thanks much!

None of these methods work on galaxy note 4

When you press the up arrow for capital letters it will appear on the very bottom right side, last row..

The Galaxy Note 4 uses Samsung keyboard by default - which doesn't offer the enter key. If you switch to the Google keyboard for input, you'll be able to tap the shift key to get the enter key button.
