Haptic feedback problem

The haptic feed back of my keyboard and touch keys is just gone. I went in the settings and haptic feedback is enabled for both... so I restarted the phone and it still doesn't work.
I read other threads about this issue and they all fixed their problem by turning off power saving but it's already off.
Anyone had that issue and fixed it? Or anyone knows other hidden settings?
Thanks!

Is the phone vibrating at all? Does it vibrate when you first power it on? If there is no vibration at all, the vibrate motor might have failed.

Which settings did you check? There's the Settings>Sound & Notifications menu for haptic feedback for buttons (like the Back button), and then there's the Settings>Language & Input menu where you select the keyboard and can find the options for haptic feedback when typing. Sorry if you know all this already, but just want to make sure we're covering all the bases.

I just saw your response! Sorry for the delay.. yes I checked all these places everything was on!
I found the problem though. I was going through the "Sounds and Notifications" settings to try and find something I didn't see, and I pressed on "Vibration intensity" and found that "Haptic feedback" was at minimum...
Thanks for your reply!
