Haptic Feedback

Not sure if anyone else has experienced this issue but my haptic feedback stops working for no apparent reason. Any possible fixes for this? I took it into Verizon & an employee told me they can't swap it out unless it becomes permanently disabled.

call customer support, that is BS that they can't swap it out for you. I dont like it or use it, first thing I disabled on my phone, so I cant help you out with it
