Hard reset blu view 2 cant select boot mode.

I did a hard reset and on screen that says Select boot mode:
(Vol up to select vol down is ok)
[Recovery Mode]
[Normal Boot]

There is an arrow that will point to either of the 2 options with vol up but when I try to choose either option with vol down button it doesn't work.

Welcome to Android Central! The Volume buttons might be faulty as well.

Try using the power button to choose the option after you highlight it with the arrow.
