Hard Reset fail!

So I tried to Hard Reset my Nokia 6, but I get the 'No command' lying down robot. I went online and found 2 steps that I tried but it didn't work at all (I tried 'Power+Home+Volume' I also tried 'Power+Volume up' for a few seconds or 15seconds, nothing happens and my phone ends up restarting.

I must also tell that Safe Mode does not work, my phone gets stuck on the Nokia logo after showing 'Safe Mode' on the bottom corner of the screen...

I really need to Hard Reset my puone, please tell me what to do.

Also, you could try holding the power key for 5 seconds and then press and release volume up.

Can you tell us why you need to do the factory reset? Is the phone not working correctly? If there's something wrong with the Volume buttons, for example, you won't be able to boot properly into Recovery Mode.
