Question Hard reset on atmpc. Solved)

Hello. Android tablet atmpc ( it-801b ) in hard reset to get menu push power and vol+ and at 1st logo (atmpc) quickly move from vol+j to vol- , not releasing the power button.
If start from power and vol- you get only green android as on screenshot

Welcome to Android Central! From that screen when attempting a hardware button reset, try pressing and holding Power, then press Vol Up, then release both buttons -- do this in relatively quick succession. This is how the process worked on the old Nexus 7.

Not help, nothing changes(
But ocasionally solved by other start...
Power vol+ and change to vol- on company (atmpc) logo
