Hard resetting my LG E400 didn't work, is there another thing I could do?

hard resetting my lg e400 didn't work is there another thing I could do

I recently bought a phone with a broken screen once I got the screen fixed I found that it had a security pattern lock I try hard reset it but that doesn't work cuz
I keep getting a picture of a notice that shows a phone hooked up to a USB cable and another cable with the stop sign hand

Contact the seller and ask for the pattern to unlock it.
