That little spot IS your micro SD card slot. Turn the phone sideways to see :)

Now the place above that with the screw, hmmm

duh... just noticed that... :P wow feel a little stupid... but i still want to tear it apart..

I say do it anyway, I know a certain blogger (looks at jerry hildenbrand) who has yet to own a device he didn't take apart. Some people love looking at the internal workings. Hell, snap some pix if you do it and let everyone share in the geek porn :)

Please be careful. Not only does this void the warranty but minor mistakes like a static discharge on the circuit board could render the phone useless.

That spot I thought was the wifi section. ..

IIRC the second SD slot references are because the driver they are using supports dual SD, does not mean there is a header to solder another one :P

I was actually going to post up something just like this when i saw your thread.....
Ive been wondering if anyone with any smartphone has been able to replace the camera with a higher quality one?? Has anyone transplanted a higher megapixel cam on an android and got it to work?

Even if you were able to do that, you would need to write a new driver and compile a new kernel for it. It could be possible though if you took a camera from a phone using the same ARMv6 architecture though... but it would be difficult.
