Has anybody seen this lock screen?

All of a sudden, it seems my phone is using a new lock screen. Once I slide to unlock, I am taken to the original lockscreen where I have to use my fingerprint. Has anyone seen this? Any info would be great. Thanks.

Yes!! Annoying as hell (double screen lock) started today and before I updated any apps. Must be native Samsung app? (I am using S6)

As stated in other threads I disabled everything needed the Peel app and it went away

Have you installed any apps recently? That's one of the biggest added annoyances of Android lately: apps can now show ads on your lockscreen but that should only appear when you're charging. You should be able to disable that in the culprit app's settings (one of the conditions to do this is that it has to be opt-in). If it's showing up also when not charging, then a 'lockscreen replacement' app might be running.
