Has anyone done a warranty exchange yet? My home button sticks.

I noticed my home button is not centered. It rubs against the glass and three is a big gap between the button and glass on the top right.

Sometimes it won't press easy or it gets stuck and I have to wiggle it to get it to pop back out.

Anyone else have this issue? Do y'all think it will get warrantied?

Even if OP spilled on it, it should be covered. The phone is supposed to be able to withstand being submerged for 30 minutes. Yes it should be covered under warranty.

I'm getting mine replaced now, for bad signal strength/losing connection. I pre-ordered it on T-Mobile website. So at a T-Mobile store, I had to reorder it online again and pay again, $136. Down payment, taxes, etc. They didnt have any more in stock, they were only given 12. Supposed to get reimbursed when defective phone is returned. Phone is on its way now. Reordered it 2 days ago.

Ok good, many don't and then they don't get anywhere with the regular customer care account.

Good Luck!

I would suggest that. You do know which account is their account? Not the regular TMobile account, correct?

I haven't needed to use T-Force yet, but I noticed everybody mentioning it in the T-Mo pre-order thread. Good to know what it is now. This is my first T-Mo phone since 2007.

A lot of times just regular Customer Care works but if it is a complicated issue or you didn't get an answer you want and think you should have, they are good to contact.

I spoke with the regular customer care. This one was in the Philippines. Horrible...

Got nowhere in 30 minutes. She just didn't understand the issue.

Time for a tweet to tforce.
