I left AT&T after a decade+ of service with them. I NEVER had any issues with their support, but when I switched to Sprint (now part of T-Mobile) with 6 Phone Lines, 2 Tablet Plans, 1 wearable Plan and a Sprint Drive for my car and my bill went down by almost 65%, I never looked back. ALL of my plans are unlimited. When I switched to the Note 20 Ultra and fired it up, immediately on 5G without having to "get a 5G plan"
The service with Sprint has been great, the support has always been great and I have so many discounts that when I decided I didn't need 2 of my lines, they told me that I would pay MORE cancelling those lines than keeping them, so yeah, I am paying for 2 lines I no longer need, but my bill is still very reasonable for everything I have.
I should have made the switch a long time ago, you should shop around. I was getting the Microsoft Corporate Discount and STILL paying way more than I should have been paying.
AT$T will nickel and dime you for every last penny and I learned that lesson the hard way. I'd drop them like a bad habit and save some money.
