People need not mention their location since it is completely irrelevant with regard to when they get OTA.

You can sideload the ota directly without wiping anything

I figured it out..see my prior post. Thanx. These are new files that are not like the others.

Does anyone have it up and running and can comment on how it's working? I recall the when I went to kit kat there were some broken apps and Flash needed a workaround to get it going again. But everything did settle down pretty quickly.

That's par for the course. With most OS releases there's already a point release being worked on by the time the .0 comes out.

I just found out that Dish Anywhere doesn't work on Lollipop. For me that's a show stopper. So no lollipop till Dish Anywhere and several other apps work on it.

I decided against it because I was told by other users that several of the apps I can't do without are broken on Lollipop. When those apps work with it I will upgrade.
