Has anyone gotten Marshmallow on Samsung Galaxy S6 edge?

My S6 just updated to Marshmallow (6.0.1, Sprint) today and now I can't use my fingerprint scanner on the lock screen. Whenever I would hit the power button, I would have to dismiss the alert to "Make sure the home key is clean and dry" TWICE before I could then enter a PIN or my backup password. Tried clearing the system cache etc. Have not tried a full restore, which I don't have time for. Ugh.

Very bummed.

Sim free UK S6 Edge plus got it 2 days ago (my wife's S6 got it days before mine :( )
Interestingly enough I got a huge update yesterday too - security? Anybody know?

On Verizon, had it since the 1st. Very nice, major improvements all around. Between two devices I was having issues of not being able to pull the Edge drawer, that's seemingly gone (probably an app issue with Lollipop). Phone is much faster and more fluid. The only issue I see, which everyone spoke of being an Android 6 issue (not device-specific) is the suffering wifi speed. At home I used to get (and get on all other devices) near my full FIOS Internet speed of 100/100, I now see 20-30 down/up. I'll live with it considering the other massive issues that have been fixed, I just hope when they do get around to fixing the wifi they don't break something else in the process or slow the phone back down again.

It's annoying that night clock blocks the phone from Dozing.

Well I've got it and am loving it. Phone is quicker, fingerprint scanner quicker, and I can finally go all day without recharging it.

Just out of curiosity. You mentioned you have an S7 edge and an S6 edge both. Why you still using the S6 when you have the S7?

Finally. On Verizon. Have to say so far its been wonderful. Its not as great as my S7 edge, but definitely made the S6 edge a top rate phone. Its running smoother, fingerprint scanner is definitely faster, and battery life is greatly improved. Im now getting a full day out of the phone when prior i had to recharge around 6:00 PM. Try samsungs now "good lock" lockscreen. Its very good.

I'm having the same make sure the home key is clean and dry" problem as EBDJW.

The only thing I could think was to delete and re-add the fingerprints. This did not work. I ran into the same "make sure the home key is clean and dry" prompt trying to add them back. But, at least now that they're gone, I don't get the prompt.

If you don't want to delete yours, you might try turning off fingerprint unlock and then turn it back on after they fix the problem.

Another minor complication: they moved around all the punctuation. It took a few tries to get my password right until I noticed, and I was starting to worry about hitting the retry limit I have set and the phone getting wiped.

T-mobile finally released the OTA today for the S6 and S6 edge.

I received it about a week ago and I'm on Verizon. Actually all 3 S6's in the house received it.
