Samsung has to build the radio to use wifi calling.

I think T-Mobile is the last of the carriers to come out with the update. It's been about a month and a half or so. This is ridiculous. This is a major update too.

Its ok. My phone functions perfectly, I can say I am rooted but I don't use that capability.... Go ahead, bash me! But this is a good setup. And yes I've tried every Rom out there. I am excited to have the "switch " when it comes out though.
