Has anyone noticed images from other phones having poor quality??

Any photos or videos taken from non S6 phones have really bad clarity on my phone. I notice it in some places on the web, emails, and third party social media like instagram/snapchat/facebook. The resolution is very poor, almost choppy. Am I the only one? Is there a fix? I believe my system and all relevant apps are up to date. Thanks!

Hi and welcome to Android Central.

The photos are probably just not being sent in full resolution. You could try a different photo app though.

Is this a new phone or have you had it for a while? I've had the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 for about 6 months and the photo quality has deteriorated dramatically in that time. I haven't been able to find a lot of info on this and thought I was going a little mad, but since talking to a few other friends about it, it seems to be a bit of an issue! My previous phone was an Xperia Z, and I had the same issue with that, however this time it has happened a lot faster. Considering the picture quality was the main reason I got this phone, I'm not too pleased.
