I guess the question is did you try UNinstalling and REinstalling that widget? Did that fix it? Maybe there's something wrong with that widget app? Do you have enough space to install it? What app/widget was it?

I was getting that just today when I changed the tab's orientation from vertical to horizontal (it would pop up in a small bubble at the bottom). I found posted somewhere else that if you clear cache and delete data for the WatchOn app (or Peel Remote app, depending on your version) it would go away, and it did, for me.
