3 dots in the corner I can stop it for now....... anyone seen this before?

Mario run a few days ago. That is about it. I recently just factory defaulted my phone, and its still better fresh and running great. Then this happened today.

Yes, several of us have seen it. For me it was the Peel Remote app that caused it. I just disabled it and shut off all permissions and that took it away.
