Not sure how this is all that useful. My Note 4 still on KitKat only loses 3% battery over a ten hour period of non-use (ex. overnight) even with its cell radios left on (strong Verizon signal). Going back even further my OG Note 10.1 on Jelly Bean sips battery when not being used for long periods of time too (ex. left unused for a month with single digit drain). Think it all has more to do with the efficiency of the hardware, the apps you have installed and how you have them configured. So Doze sounds like it may be more useful for those who may not know how to manage their device in a way to minimize battery drain or just want the OS to do it for them.
